This morning, we had our v first team meeting with all 16 participants (students + staff/stinters) in ForeRunner’s upcoming Ulimate Road Trip- our music missions project.
After some warm-up, get to know you time, Lil taught 2 classes on ‘Writing your Personal Story’… allowing everyone to ready themselves to be Christ’s ambassadors in Thailand this coming June!
Lil adds: “It was really enjoyable.. didn’t realize how much I missed teaching. It was nice to have babysitters (our kids were in our upstairs office) so that I could really relax, and teach and hang out with the students…”
Man.. anyway, this is abriel! wld like to leave a comment!!
well.. let me briefly introduce myself!! I’m a former TURTer (which means I took part in TURT 2004 and we have called ourselves, “Audio Xchange”) and basically I’m sure we did almost everything similar to TURT 2005..
Well.. juz by looking at the photo posted in this blogpost, really reminds my first mtg with ForeRunners at Foochow Methodist Church and we played the same ice-breaker as wat u saw in the photo above (ie the photo in this blogpost)! I remembered at tat time, I was so excited tat I cld hardly sleep the nite b4 the meeting with ForeRunners.. not to mention the auditions tat I had gone thru’ b4 my selection into Audio Xchange! Its so surprising tat I got into Audio Xchange as I heard tat the competition is stiff! Wat I can only say its God’s Will!
Closer friendships were formed between each and everyone of us in Audio Xchange and we had bonded even closer during the Alpha Retreat..
Man.. those were the times.. how nice we cld relive those times again!!
Oopss.. have talk too much!! shall leave Simon & Lil (the owners of this blog) to tell u more abt Audio Xchange/this yr’s TURT 2005 band either thru’ word-of-mouth or this blog! so stay tuned or ask them! I’m sure they wld be more than pleased to tell u!
God bless!
*Audio Xchange Forever!!!*
